I used these to upgrade the front and back suspension of the S911, reusing the old springs and getting a much better metal shock.
The adjustable height was perfect as the old springs are shorter and give it just the right amount of pre-tension if lowered most the way down.
More travel, smoother articulation.

This shocks are meant for 1/18 scale rc car not 1/12 scale.
