This is one of my favorite knives in my collection. I always sharpen my knives that I carry. most factory edges aren't sharp to my standards. Anyway this knife takes a wicked mean edge. I mean it gets super sharp ! It's like carrying a mini cleaver, except the blade has got a curve to it. Really nice rocking motion with that sharp blade. You can flip the blade out easily with the thumb studs, and of course you get that awesome Ganzo axis lock. One of their better knives. I am a huge fan of Ganzo. I think they make quality knives. I only have one complaint about their knives: their weight. If they could make them a little lighter they'd be perfect. I'm not a knife steel snob, so their use of 440c doesn't bother me. It's equivalent to Aus8 or 8cr13mov (probably better the latter), and let's face facts, tou aren't going to break the blade of a knife using like most do in everyday tasks. Unless you are to cut cardboard and sheetrock all day, 440c steel is more than capable of whatever you need to use it for. Anyway, this knife is well worth the cost. Buy yourself one, you won't be disappointed.

    Superb knife
I am very much satisfied with this knife! Out of the box it is razor sharp, and the opening-closing system works just perfectly. It is a very good quality knife, i am actually surprised how good it is. This is my first Ganzo, but definitely not the last one. I recommend this knife to everyone, who likes unique knife shapes. For the negative side: the handles are a bit slippery even in dry conditions, I think if they are wet, they would be be more slippery. Nothing else for negative side, this knife definitely worth the money!

    Smooth opening and best Slicer
This is my first Ganzo knife and my first blade in 440C steel. The shaft is smooth and the weight of the blade makes it feel like an automatic knife. The photo shows the size comparison with the Ganzo F759M and a Kershaw Skyline. Although the blades look similar, the F7551 has superior cutting power. By the way, when tasting on paper it gives the feeling of separating the sheet, not cutting. No obstante, la buena distribución del peso hace que casi no se sienta en el bolsillo.

    Awesome knife
I am really happy that I bought this knife. The blade looks absolutely fine, it was incredibly sharp too. The handle is comfortable and very sturdy. I saw the review video made by Joerg Sprave, and I believe this knife is close to indestructible. The bearing is working without any problems, it is easy open and close the knife, the lock is secure. I don't know how strong the steel itself is, time will tell I guess.
The only con I can mention is that there was a tiny scratchmark on the handle when I opened the knife, but it is really tiny and not visible under normal conditions.

    Great knife!
An excellent knife for a collector and not only! Very nice appearance, good workmanship. The knife is nice to hold in your hand, and it also causes surprise to the surrounding people. Of course, due to the specific geometry of the blade, he has a limited range of applications, however, I'm glad I bought this knife.

I bought this knife because I liked both the shape of the blade and the handle. upon receipt of the knife I was really surprised and pleased to see that my faith in Ganzo was upheld. The form, fit and finish were superb. As this is forming part of a collection, and I won't be really using it in anger as it were, I cannot say how it would perform out in the field in real life. However, I think it would come up trumps. Well worth the very reasonable price.

    Axis-lock retention spring too weak
This is a fantastic knife from Ganzo, and it seems they have listened to feedback and are now fitting weaker springs to their axis-lock. There is one major problem with this and the last couple of knives I received that have the weaker springs also suffer from vertical blade play. I didn't have a problem with the stiffer springs, so I hope Ganzo can switch back to these to solve the new problem they created with the weaker springs.
Vertical blade play caused by weaker axis-lock retention springs.

    Great little cleaver.
Love this ganzo. Ergonomics are surprisingly perfect for my med-large hand. I bought this as a novelty, and actually love the blade shape and slicing capabilities for household chores, and food prep. Build quality is the best of any of my ganzo's to date. Blue anodizing was perfect, and hasn't worn off like some older ganzo's.
The blade grind was not great, however I reprofile most knives anyway, and the steel holds a decent edge, and is easy to sharpen.

    GANZO Firebird F7551 - CF
Revolutionary design. Unexpectedly thin mix for ganzo, fine cut, mechanics reliable and calibrated despite unusual shape. Sufficiently handy in his hand. I recommend to buy. Thank you to the seller.Революционный дизайн.неожиданно тонкое сведение для ганзо, прекрасный рез, механика надёжная и выверенная не смотря на необычную форму. Достаточно удобно пежит в руке. Рекомендую к покупке. Продавцу спасибо.
Clip of an obsolete model. When the axis is fully opened, the blade hits the backspace.Клипса устаревшей модели. При полностью открытом аксисе лезвие бьёт по бекспейсеру.

    Ganzo F7551 CF
Hi Everybody. This is a really cool knife. The meat cleaver blade style is unusual (at least to me) for a pocketknife. The build quality is pretty good also, blade is centred an there's no wiggle in the blade. And with the carbon fiber scales and blue accents of the thumb studs&screws this knife looks much more expensive then it should.
